John and Judith Simpson ministered to us
from October 2000 to December 2001.

We appreciated their faithfulness and commitment.

They served faithfully at CHBC until August 2002.

Peter, Mel, Joshua, Ben and Sam McMulle

 

Peter, Mel, Joshua, Ben and Sam McMullen joined us in 2000. Peter was appointed Church Administrator in April 2002, and remained in that role until March 2008, when he took up a challenge outside of the church.

We appreciated Peter s ministry in a range of areas.

     
     
The CHBC LINKS Ministry to the needy and homeless was established in 2002.  They run the kiosk each Thursday night in Main St, Croydon.

Commenced publishing Sunday messages/sermons as audio files on this web site, for download or online listening.

At the end of 2004 there was around 100 available online.

Brad Rumble resigned in November 2003 to take up further studies toward ordination.
     
Andrew and Ann Edmonds  

Andrew and Ann Edmonds commenced in February 2003. 

Andrew was our Youth Pastor. until mid December 2004,
after which he and Ann moved to the USA to take a role in "Young Life" (www.younglife.org)

He and Ann did a great job with the CHBC Youth group, which changed its name from CHYLL to IGNITE during this period and saw many young people accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

Susan Mulle  

Susan Muller commenced as the Playgroup Coordinator.

She has a love for children and their parents alike, and is passionate about helping people of all ages to discover their real self worth.  

Sue has taught CRE at the local Primary School, been a voluntary worker at an Aids orphanage as well as initiating and leading a ministry to abused and abandoned children in South Africa.
