WHAT HAPPENS ON SUNDAYS? |

- At present we conduct four services of
worship each Sunday:
a Contemporary Service at 9 am and 11
am,
a "Karen
Speaking" service at 1:30 pm, and
an Evening Service
at 6.45 pm
.
|
|
- During these services there is a time of Praise
and Worship in which we reflect on God's love for us and our response
to it.
|
|
- There will be an OFFERING, which will be used
for the running of the church, supporting missions and
assisting people in difficult circumstances.
|
- The FOOD TROLLEY will
be presented. This will be distributed to people in need in our local
community.
- A time of PRAYER in which we bring to God the needs
of people within the fellowship, surrounding community and the world
as a whole.

|
- After the offering the children, primary school
age and lower, will leave for their programs.
At the 9 am Service both Lighthouse
[from age 3 to year 1] and ROCK programs
(Grade 2 to Grade 6) will operate during school terms.
At the 11 am
Services only the LIGHTHOUSE children
program will run, and is held in the Fireside Room. (This
does not happen during school holidays)

- The
ROCK children
[from grade 2 to grade 6] will go downstairs for their program. (This
does not happen during school holidays) All
teachers are committed to the well being of the children entrusted to
their care and take very seriously their duty of care requirements.

- A MESSAGE that
will bring a challenge, offer hope and inspiration. You can Download

- On the first Sunday morning of each month we
celebrate COMMUNION which helps us focus on the death
and resurrection of Jesus. All who love the Lord are invited
to share in this time.

CARE CARD |
| As this is your first service, please fill out the Care Card ~ located in your bulletin or at the back of the church ~ to give us a record of your visit. Drop this in the box marked Care & Communication near the glass doors. Any further information you require on any of our ministries or programs will be sent out to you as requested, or you may call the ministry coordinator as listed. A list of church ministries can be viewed here. |

NEWCOMERS EVENINGS |
|
| These evenngs are held on a quarterly basis.
This is an informal night over coffee and dsert to get to know the leadership
team of CHBC. Please provide your contact details on the Care Card or contact the
church office if you would like to register for the next dinner. |
